Call the dedicated Day1 Tel-A-Doc WhatsApp service whenever you require a doctor. Within minutes, you will video talk to a locally registered doctor when you can explain your concerns in detail. There is no rush, take as long as you need.  Our doctors will listen carefully and when they have received sufficient information, they will be able to diagnose your condition. If needed, a prescription or sick note or a specialist referral can be sent directly to your phone or email.

A one month waiting period applies, a co-payment of R75.00 will apply for all additional consultations after the 5th video doctor call.
